The Serengeti National Park was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1981. In addition to the wildlife, there are numerous activities to enjoy, such as a balloon safari over the nature reserve, visiting a hippo pond, climbing "Naabi Hill" and taking in the breathtaking views.
